Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Wiley Ballard earned a degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina before beginning a lifelong accounting career, building decades of professional experience and strong community relationships along the way.

Wiley is an active member of Camp United Methodist Church in Shallotte, NC and is serving on the Board of Directors of the Civitan Club of Shallotte.

With over 10+ years of hands-on experience as a long-term property manager, He has built lasting respect with both owners and renters. Clients consistently value his responsiveness and the personal attention he gives every property—whether beachfront or mainland

Family remains at the center of Wiley’s life. He and his wife are proud parents of four children and seven grandchildren who keep them busy attending sporting events and family activities throughout the year.
